Abbie Wilcox
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Abbie Wilcox is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who provides individualized speech therapy services for children with articulation, language, and communication needs. She has experience supporting students in school, home and clinical settings, where she prioritizes connection, clarity, and confidence in every session.

Abbie discovered her passion for speech therapy through her work with children who needed both structure and encouragement to reach their communication goals. She quickly found that she loved creating engaging sessions tailored to each child, especially those who thrive with hands-on, playful, or visual learning.

Abbie’s dedication to this field deepened after becoming a mother herself. Navigating early milestones with her son gave her a renewed appreciation for the joy and challenges families experience as their children develop. This perspective drives her commitment to providing compassionate, practical support that meets families exactly where they are.

In her work, Abbie believes in a collaborative and family-centered approach. She empowers parents with tools and strategies they can use at home, ensuring progress extends beyond the therapy session. She strives to create a warm, encouraging environment where children feel capable and celebrated.

Panika Palmer
Speech-Language Pathologist
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant

Panika Palmer is a Speech-Language Pathologist (MS, CCC-SLP) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a passion for helping children and families thrive. She has experience in a variety of medical settings, including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she worked alongside families navigating some of the earliest feeding challenges.

After becoming a mom herself, Panika experienced firsthand just how overwhelming infant feeding can be. Although she had a background in feeding therapy, she found that the support she needed wasn't always easy to find. That experience inspired her to pursue additional education in infant feeding and lactation, eventually becoming an IBCLC so she could better support families during those important early days.

In 2020, Panika founded her first private practice with the goal of providing personalized, family-centered care. Over the years, that vision has grown into Connected Pediatric Therapies—a multidisciplinary clinic where speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and lactation consultants work together to support children and their families.

Today, Panika enjoys helping children with speech, language, feeding, and oral motor challenges while empowering parents with practical strategies and compassionate support. She believes every child is unique, and that the best outcomes happen when families feel informed, confident, and connected throughout their journey.
